PRO SYSTEM II CHROME COMPRESSION FITTINGS

The Pro System II chrome plated compression are simple to assemble on the Pro System II nylon hose. Five choices are available for connections to the master cylinder and caliper.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE PRO SYSTEM II FITTINGS

1) Cut colored hose to desired length using a knife.
2) Disassemble the 3-piece adapter fitting.
3) Slide the tapered end (taper first) onto the hose.
4) Slide the brass ferrule, with tapered end going towards the end of the hose.
5) Push the hose into the body until it bottoms out, then bring the tapered nut forward and tighten down.
Note: To re-use Compression fittings, you need a 5/16" Replacement Ferrule #R49009.
