(A)  Russell Fuel Pressure Regulators:

The Russell Regulator is a racing quality product that is machined from billet aluminum.  It has a flow rate of 140 gph which  will provide enough fuel for up to 1,450 hp. It is available in two different versions, either a standard two port, or our new two port design incorporating a replaceable aircraft quality fuel filter, which eliminates the need for a inline filter between the pump and carburetor.  Our precision metering is adjustable from 3 to 25 psi, the unique Viton-o-ring system eliminates fuel pressure creepage and is compatible with fuel additives and alcohol.  Large 3/8" inlet and outlet ports can be adapted to most systems.  Both styles of regulators are available in traditional red & blue anodize or polished aluminum for the discriminating divider or fabricator.

(B)  Russell Fuel Filters:

Russell offers a complete range of Fuel Filters.  It is highly recommended that a Fuel Filter is incorporated especially if Russell Big Bore Carburetor Fittings are utilized since the stock bowl filter is eliminated with these fittings.  The filter is normally located between the fuel pump and the carburetor.   Here is the Russell lineup of filters:

This is a very high quality filter which is machined from solid billet aluminum and is intended to be used with push on hose and hose clamps.  It is available for 1/4-inch, 5/16-inch, and 3/8-inch diameter fuel lines.  This filter is a small filter intended for use in street applications on engines under 300 hp.  It is available in several colors.

 

Clear Flow Fuel Filter:
This is a universal style filter, similar in function to the Street Fuel Filter above.  Russell's part number  4539 will fit either 1/4-inch, 5/16-inch or 3/8-inch fuel lines.  It features a clear glass housing that allows you to visually see if the internal screen is contaminated.

photoO3.jpg (6058 bytes) Competition Inline Fuel Filter: This filter is designed for more serious applications.  It has a flow rate of 130 GHP (#8 size) which will handle over 1,000 hp engines.  It is available with #6 or #8 male AN nipples for direct connection to Russell hose ends.  Both sizes are available in traditional red/blue anodize or our new show polish.  Russell's part numbers are: #6 anodized pn 5013 , #8 anodized pn 5010 , #6 polished pn 5014 , #8 polished pn 5011.  Both versions utilize a replaceable disc type filter element (Russell's part number 5167) that can be easily cleaned or replaced.

 

M.F.L. Performance Filter:   pt. no. 4530
This filter is designed for high horsepower racing applications.  It has a flow rate of 180 gph at 7psi, which will handle up to 1,900 hp.  It also has two inlet ports for dual pickup fuel tanks and two outlet ports, all 1/2-NPT.  It has a screw off filter canister with a micro-fiber replaceable element (Russell pn 5165) that can be easily changed.  An optional mounting bracket that Russell offers is part number 4531.

Profilter:   (Image currently not available)
Russell Profilter is engineered to provide full flow filtration with a minimum amount of restriction.  Precision machined from billet aluminum the Profilter end caps are removable for easy access to service the element.  The element is secured with a positive o-ring seal ensuring the optimum in filtration.  The mounting bracket is included for easy inline mounting to your frame rail.  The Profilter is available with your choice of element paper for gasoline and stainless steel for alcohol or fuel additives.  Professionally anodized red and blue for appearance, available in #8 and #10 outlets. Russell's part numbers are: #8 Profilter with paper element pn 4900, #8 Profilter with stainless element pn 4901, #10 Profilter with paper element pn 4902, #10 Profilter with stainless element pn 4903.

 

(C)  Street Fuel Pump to Carburetor Kit:

This is an assembly of parts that allows you to plumb a braided stainless steel Pro Flex fuel line from your stock fuel pump location to a single inlet carburetor.  The kit includes a #6 Big Bore carb fitting, a #6 Fuel Pump Adapter fitting, two Full Flow #6 Hose Ends, and a length of #6 Pro Flex Hose.  There are four kits of this type available for various engine/carb combinations.  One of the four kits is designed to connect directly to a Russell pt. number 4109 Stage I Carburetor Kit on a GM engine.  A universal style kit with Tube Seal ends and clamps is also available. 

 

(D)  Fuel Blocks:   

Russell offers three different fuel blocks which can be useful in plumbing various carburetor arrangements.

Billet Y Fuel Blocks:
Engineered for the optimum in flow, the Russell balanced flow fuel blocks are available for street or race applications.  Machined from billet aluminum, our street blocks feature 3/8" NPT inlet and outlet ports and for maximum flow applications.   Our race blocks utilize 1/2" NPT inlets with either 3/8" NPT or 1/2" NPT outlet ports.  All blocks feature a 1/8" NPT pressure gauge port, professionally anodized red for appearance.  Russell part numbers are: fuel block 1/2" inlet 3/8" outlet pn 5036, fuel block 3/8" inlet and outlet pn 5037, fuel block 1/2" inlet and outlet pn 5038.

(E)  Big Bore™ Carburetor Fittings:   

Russell offers a complete line of special adapters to fit a wide variety of carburetors.  These fittings either provide #6 or #8 threads for direct coupling of Russell Hose Ends or in some instances Russell offers Hose Ends which incorporate a banjo style fitting which threads into the carburetor.
