Russell provides a number of ways to fit your bike with performance brake lines. We have over a thousand listings for our Street Legal and Cycleflex pre-assembled brake line kits for domestic and imported motorcycles. These kits are direct bolt-on factory replacement brake lines using our #3 PowerFlex stainless braided hose and crimp-on hose ends. Our precision double crimp technology ensures permanent end attachment and precise alignment for uncompromised fit. Most are available with clear coat, and for kits that are not coated, add an "S" behind the part number.

Custom & Universal Brake Lines

For custom applications or where there is no pre-made kit listed, Russell provides several solutions for fitting your bike with performance brake lines.

Street Legal Universal Hose Series: This is an easy way to fit a bike with stainless braided brake lines when there is no pre-made listed. They are offered in lengths from 4" up to 66" and come with 3/8-24 swivel female ends crimped in place and ready for adapter fittings. Choose from a wide variety of chrome brake adapter fittings to build your own lines. Simply thread the appropriate adapter fitting into the female hose ends and you are done! These lines meet the Department of Transportation standard MVSS-106 requirements. They are clear coated for abrasion resistance.

Pro System I Bike Builder Series: Preferred by the professional bike builder! A 308 stainless steel #3 braided hose with a Teflon inner liner and a clear coated exterior used in high performance brake applications. Sold in bulk or in 10', 15', 20' and 50' rolls. Use with Pro System I compression hose end fittings designed to ensure a positive seal. Fittings are chrome plated steel for durability.
