Russell Brake Rotors for Harley-DavidsonÆ motorcycles are made from SVS420JZ stainless steel, which is highly resistant to rusting.   All of our rotors are compatible with virtually all brake pad materials, including KevlarÆ and sintered materials.Our standard (non-floating) rotors are available in 10" and 11 1/2" diameters to fit most models, and come in either a satin machine finish or our exclusive Pro Polish™ finish. The satin machine finish provides an economical replacement rotor that features CNC manufacturing methods for 22a.jpg (9842 bytes)

precision fit and roundness. It provides an excellent alternative to OE factory rotors.  Satin machine finish rotors are available for most Harley-DavidsonsÆ from 1974 to present, front and rear.  Our unique Pro Polish™ finish utilizes our exclusive E.F.S.™ process producing the first truly precision polished rotor for Harley-DavidsonsÆ.  Pro Polish Rotors are held to exacting tolerances, with flatness within one lightband (.0000116") and a surface finish to within one micro inch or less.  The end result is a precision polished rotor that provides a true mirror finish and increased brake performance.  Pro Polish rotors are available for most Harley-DavidsonsÆ from 1974 to present, front and rear.  To learn more about these rotors and to get a part numbers click here.

22d.jpg (9809 bytes) Our True Floating Rotors feature an integral spring loaded retention system for quiet operation while maintaining maximum floatation for precise alignment that guarantees full contact with the brake pads.  This results in improved brake performance and longer pad life.  The floating rotors are available in 11 1/2" diameters for the front and rear of most Harley-DavidsonsÆ from 1984 to present, with a chrome plated center section and a satin machine braking surface.
