Russell's patented new Speed Bleeder is the brake bleeder valve with a spring-loaded stainless steel check ball in it. Replacing the original bleeder, the Speed Bleeder allows you to bleed your brakes quicker and easier than ever before. To bleed your brakes, simply crack the Speed Bleeder open 1/4 to 1/2 turn and continuously pump the brake lever. Every time you pump, the fluid pressure pushes the check ball off it's seat, allowing the old fluid out. When you release the lever, the spring pushes the ball back against its seat, preventing the old fluid or air from getting back into the brake system. A patented thread compound prevents air from leaking around the threads when the Speed Bleeder is open. When all the old fluid is purged from the system, tighten down the Speed Bleeder and you are done! Available in both metric and standard sizes to fit virtually any motorcycle, Speed Bleeders are sold two to a package.
