If found to be defective in material or workmanship upon inspection, Russell Performance will repair or replace the defective product.  This limited warranty shall not apply to products subjected to accident, negligence, alteration, abuse, misuses, improper installation or unsuited uses. 

Furthermore Russell Performance shall not be liable for any consequential, special or contingent damages, expense or injury arising directly or indirectly from any defect in its goods or from the use of any goods, defective or otherwise.
